How it Works
1. Customer Places Order
Via touchscreen kiosk, mobile app, or POS integration. Orders are instantly processed by VEGA’s control system.
2. Order is Validated
The system verifies cup size, ingredients, and checks if the requested quantity fits within defined limits.
3. Ingredient Modules Activate
Robotic arms begin precise dispensing using real-time weight sensors. Each module delivers only what’s needed — down to the gram.
4. Bowl Assembly in Motion
The platform glides the bowl across various ingredient stations — sorbets, toppings, dry goods, syrups — based on the custom recipe.
5. Quality Control Check
Sensors confirm weight and visual markers. Optional photo or scan ensures presentation and accuracy match expected output.
6. Bowl Ready for Pickup
The completed smoothie bowl is delivered to a pickup station — hygienic, fast, and ready to serve. Customers receive notification.
